Important information about Asentum and ASE.

Asentum is in pre-mainnet stealth phase. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell securities, an offer to buy securities, or financial advice. Read this page before participating in anything.

Asentum is pre-mainnet. The chain is not live. ASE does not yet exist as a token. There is no token sale at this time.

Any references to "ASE", "tokenomics", "presale", or "rewards" on this site describe planned future mechanics that are subject to change before launch and to compliance review by qualified counsel in every applicable jurisdiction.

Project status

Asentum is a Layer-1 blockchain currently in active development. The project is pre-mainnet — there is no live network, no transferable token, and no public testnet open at the time of writing. Our roadmap is a four-phase rollout: internal devnet, public testnet, incentivized testnet, mainnet. We are at the start of phase one.

All technical descriptions on this site — block parameters, consensus design, cryptography, validator economics, contract model — describe a target architecture documented in our research repository. Final implementation may differ from the published specification, and the published specification will continue to evolve as the protocol is built and tested.

No offer of securities

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, token, or other financial instrument in any jurisdiction. The launch list is an email collection mechanism for project updates. Joining it does not entitle you to any token, allocation, discount, or other economic benefit, and creates no obligation on either party.

When and if any token-related event takes place, it will be announced separately, will be subject to its own terms and conditions, and will be conducted in compliance with applicable law in the jurisdictions where it is offered. Such an event may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States.

Forward-looking statements

This website contains forward-looking statements about the development, capabilities, performance, and timelines of the Asentum protocol. Forward-looking statements are predictions based on current expectations and assumptions, and are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual outcomes to differ materially from those described.

We do not undertake any obligation to update forward-looking statements to reflect events or circumstances after the date on which they were made.

Cryptographic claims

References to "post-quantum", "quantum-safe", and "quantum-resistant" cryptography on this site refer to the use of NIST FIPS 204 ML-DSA-65 (Dilithium3), a lattice-based digital signature scheme standardized by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology in August 2024.

The security of lattice-based schemes is believed to be hard for both classical and quantum adversaries, but is not mathematically proven to be hard. We use the terms "quantum-safe" and "quantum-resistant", not "quantum-proof" or "unbreakable". No cryptographic system is unbreakable.

No financial, legal, or tax advice

You should not act or refrain from acting on the basis of any content on this website without seeking professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances.

Risk factors

Cryptocurrency and blockchain projects are subject to a wide range of risks, including but not limited to: technical risk (bugs, exploits, undiscovered vulnerabilities); economic risk (loss of value, illiquidity, market volatility); regulatory risk (changes in law that affect the legality, taxability, or availability of the project); operational risk (loss of keys, user error); and the risk that the project may never reach mainnet or, if it does, may not function as intended. Pre-mainnet projects carry additional risk: the codebase, team, design, and roadmap may all change, and there is no guarantee that the project will successfully launch.
